Privacy for saved ski plans

Saved ski plans use only the trip-planning details needed to return your checklist, budget range, and next booking questions.

Data saved with consent

  • Email address typed into the save box.
  • Tool result type and budget range.
  • Adults, children, trip type, experience level, and lesson/rental/lodging/gear interest flags.
  • A saved plan payload for download or later reference.
  • The consent text accepted when the plan is saved.

Where it can be saved

  • Browser storage on this device.
  • Your email app when you open the email draft.
  • A text plan download created in your browser.
  • A planning-list endpoint only when it is enabled and you confirm consent.
  • The site owner inbox or email delivery tool when plan delivery is configured.

Your choices

  • Do not save a plan if you do not want the details stored.
  • Clear this site's browser storage to remove local saved plans.
  • Request export or deletion of connected planning-list records at privacy@skitripready.com.
  • Do not enter sensitive medical, payment, or private family information.
  • Use provider, resort, shop, and instructor policies before making payments.

Connected planning-list records

  • Use the same email address you used when saving the plan.
  • Saved planning records are used for ski-plan delivery and follow-up, not payment processing.
  • Deletion from connected email or planning tools follows the destination used for delivery.
  • Export and deletion requests are handled through the privacy contact path.

Usage analytics

  • Tool starts, tool completions, result types, and planning next-step clicks may be measured to improve the planner.
  • Analytics should not include payment details, medical details, or private family notes.
  • The site can run with browser-local analytics only or with an external analytics endpoint when configured.
